And in this corner covering a happy game for the first time when the cameras stop! Today I'm covering Fortnite battle royale a third person over the shoulder shooter game. My same rules apply, this will be split into three parts so with that said onto the review.

Fortnite Battle Royale is a over the shoulder multiplayer shooter battle royale game with a building mechanic that can either be used defensively or offensively just have a look.

1.4m members in the FortNiteBR community. The developer supported, community run subreddit dedicated to the Fortnite: Battle Royale game mode.

I used the building mechanic to my advantage and snuck up on a enemy and what happened was self explanatory. This adds a new layer of strategy of should I build and get the high ground or stay low? If you make the wrong choice it could end in you being sent back to the lobby. Not only that but structures can be shot so building has a risk reward you could sneak up on someone but you could get your building shot and fall to your death. The game is currently in early access and is going to have a story mode released in a few months. I give gameplay a eight out of ten.

2.Story

I haven't played the story mode out of fear that I spend the thrity dollars on it and then have it release a week later so story doesn't count for this review.

3.Overall

The game is really fun I would easily recommend it to someone who wants a free alternative to PUBG or a parent who doesn't want their kid to play very violent games. My only gripe is that it is a little hard to recommend due to how hard it is to learn how to play well but if you can manage it is a great game. I would give this game a eight out of ten.

Battle Lab is a Core Game Mode in Battle Royale that was introduced in Patch 11.3.1, it previously replaced Playground.

Rules & Gameplay[edit | edit source]

They are similar to Playground.

Players[edit | edit source]

• They can set up to be in teams of 16. By going in the menu and clicking Change Team.
• Players respawn on death. Unless it comes from the storm.

Storm[edit | edit source]

• It acts very differently than BR but closely to Creative.
• It has a countdown of 4 hours to close the first circle.
• At the end of the countdown the entire map is in the storm instantaneously, doing 10 damage/sec.

Looting[edit | edit source]

• All Chests & Ammo Boxes have 100% chance of spawning.
• There are approximately 100 llamas per game.
• When harvesting materials, you get 10 times the usual amount in BR.

There are a new addition. You can find them in chests or llamas. When spawned they all start attacking bots or players that are not on the same team as you.

Friendly Bot Grenades[edit | edit source]

Those bots will spawn on your side. On the same team as you. Unless, you switch team after they are spawned.

Enemy Bot Grenades[edit | edit source]
